Attendees can tour various homes, often ranging from single-family residences to luxury estates, and witness the latest trends and technologies in home construction and design. It’s a popular event for homebuyers, homeowners looking for renovation ideas, as well as individuals interested in the local real estate market.

Tours are open-house format and no tickets are required to tour our featured Parade homes during the in-person weekend.
